About the Company:

The American Mutual Life Association (AMLA) is a fraternal benefit society which started over 114 years ago. Its original mission then was to provide death benefits to Slovenian immigrants in Northeast Ohio when the need arose, and to provide aid in assimilating to their new home in USA. It became a part of the community providing social events to bring people together to celebrate their culture and their new homeland. Today, the AMLA still maintains that strong connection to the Slovenian community in Northeast Ohio (the largest concentration of Slovenians outside the Republic of Slovenia), but has expanded to serve others too.

The AMLA sells life insurance and annuity products. Membership in the Association is simultaneous with the purchase of a life insurance or annuity policy. Members benefit through fraternal events, scholarship opportunities, and opportunities to serve the community at large through service initiatives.

The AMLA is a “Mainstreet” alternative to “Wall Street.” Through stewardship of our assets, the AMLA is Members providing for Members and the surrounding communities.

How to Apply:

If you would like to be considered as a candidate, e-mail your resume and a cover letter to: AMLA@AmericanMutual.org. No phone calls or faxes please.
