Eat more healthfully without facing a plate of food you hate! Explore creative ways to prepare veggies and to “sneak” them into foods you already love. Explore concepts like using minced or pureed produce to add moisture to and improve nutrition density in everything from ground meet recipes, to sauces, to baked goods.
This is no-guilt. We will joke about bad experiences with veggies and how much preparation can change one for sure! It’s not about going vegetarian or making a menu overhaul. It’s really taking your preferences and incorporating some more of “the rainbow.”
